The role of Restaurant Team Lead is a pivotal operational supervisory position essential for maintaining the brand standards and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This position can be full-time or part-time and requires a hands-on leader who can train, motivate, and direct team members effectively. The team lead is the first line of supervision responsible for ensuring that every guest receives a WOW experience by maintaining high food quality and safety, executing efficient service, and managing cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Attendance and punctuality are critical to sustain operational flow.

The team lead's duties include overseeing food preparation and safety to ensure compliance with health regulations, coaching and training staff to enhance their performance and customer interaction skills, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with the Jack In The Box Brand Promise and the Service Profit Chain (SPC). This role demands a proactive approach to internal and external service, profit enhancement, and comprehensive business management within the store. Prior experience in similar supervisory roles such as shift lead, team lead, supervisor, or restaurant assistant/kitchen/catering manager is highly desirable, indicating a readiness to handle diverse operational challenges.

Job Requirements
