Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous supervisory or team lead experience in a restaurant or similar setting
  • ability to work full-time or part-time
  • reliable and punctual attendance
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience as a shift lead, team lead, supervisor, assistant manager, kitchen manager, or catering manager
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to train and coach team members effectively

  • knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • capability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
