With a rich history dating back to 1937, originating in Reno, Nevada, Caesars has grown to become the largest casino-entertainment company in the United States, operating prestigious brands such as Caesars, Harrah's, Horseshoe, and Eldorado. Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is a flagship destination in the vibrant heart of New Orleans, Louisiana. This property combines the excitement of a casino with the luxury of a hotel to create a premier entertainment venue that attracts visitors from all over the globe. Caesars New Orleans has been recognized as the "Best Places to Work" by City Business, and was named the "#1 Large Employer" in the New Orleans area by the Times-Picayune Top Workplaces program, testifying to its commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

At Caesars New Orleans, the mission, vision, and values form the foundation of the team’s work ethos. The mission, "Create the Extraordinary," drives the company to deliver exceptional guest experiences through dedicated service and innovative entertainment offerings. The vision statement emphasizes the creation of spectacular worlds designed to immerse, inspire, and connect guests, underscoring the philosophy of excellence over magic. The Restaurant Supervisor role at Caesars New Orleans is critical in executing the company’s mission on the ground level by ensuring an extraordinary dining experience for every guest. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant within the steakhouse, one of the casino’s premier dining outlets. The supervisor plays a pivotal role in maintaining high-quality service standards, implementing training programs that empower staff, managing scheduling to optimize service levels, and ensuring the cleanliness and proper condition of the restaurant. Supervising the front-of-house staff, the Restaurant Supervisor uses strong interpersonal and leadership skills to foster teamwork and provide an environment where quality customer service flourishes. This role requires the ability to respond calmly and rationally under pressure, maintaining consistent service quality and ensuring employee satisfaction and productivity.

This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a winning team that embraces a family culture and a commitment to delivering Family-Style Service—an approach that emphasizes warmth, connection, and genuine hospitality akin to that extended to family members. Benefits provided include free downtown parking, discounted bus passes, assistance programs, discounted hotel room rates, and opportunities for educational support such as tuition and student loan debt repayment assistance. Caesars New Orleans also offers support for first-time home buyers, child care assistance, and 401(k) matching programs, underscoring their commitment to the comprehensive wellbeing of their employees.

In sum, a career as a Restaurant Supervisor at Caesars New Orleans offers a rewarding pathway to contribute to an exciting hospitality environment where leadership, service excellence, and a passion for guest satisfaction are valued and nurtured.
