Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- college degree preferred
- knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word and Excel
- valid driver's license
- proficiency in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and report preparation
- 2 years high-volume restaurant management or supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- manage daily restaurant operations
- oversee employee selection, development, and performance management
- supervise inventory and ordering of food, beverage, and supplies
- optimize restaurant profits
- ensure guest satisfaction with dining experience
- maintain compliance with sanitation and security standards
- prepare and maintain records and reports
