Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • college degree preferred
  • knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • valid driver's license
  • proficiency in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and report preparation
  • 2 years high-volume restaurant management or supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage daily restaurant operations
  • oversee employee selection, development, and performance management
  • supervise inventory and ordering of food, beverage, and supplies
  • optimize restaurant profits
  • ensure guest satisfaction with dining experience
  • maintain compliance with sanitation and security standards
  • prepare and maintain records and reports
