Flanker Kitchen & Sporting Club is a revolutionary dining, drinking, and entertainment establishment that is set to open in mid-September, located conveniently across from the Delta Center in Fountain Plaza at The Gateway, Salt Lake City. Job Requirements
- 2 years previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge
- Ability to bend and lift to 50 lbs
- Willingness to perform repetitive motion tasks
- Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in an environment with hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials
- Friendly and professional attitude
Job Qualifications
- 2 years previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/lounge
- Friendly, professional, and outgoing demeanor
- Knowledge of all front-of-house job duties
- In-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with back-of-house employees and management
- Ability to follow management instructions and work as a team player
Job Duties
- Maintains professional appearance standards as directed in the Employee Handbook
- Anticipates and accommodates needs of guests while providing professional and exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensures cleanliness of front-of house areas, and the entire venue
- Monitors and enforces compliance with all Carver Road Hospitality policies and procedures
- Ensures that all guests feel welcome and are always given professional service
- Protects establishment, guests, and employees by adhering to and overseeing that the Department of Health and company sanitation standards are followed
- Can handle pressure and stress in a professional manner
