This role is ideal for individuals who are team-driven, reliable, and customer service-focused, with experience managing both front of house and back of house operations in a fast-paced retail and dining environment. The position requires the flexibility to work blended schedules including opening, mid, closing shifts, and weekends. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by warmly greeting customers, maintaining high food and beverage standards, and ensuring overall cleanliness and safety within the establishment.

Leaders in this role are expected to be role models who can motivate and develop staff while effectively managing labor costs, inventory, and food quality. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
