This role is ideal for individuals who are team-driven, reliable, and customer service-focused, with experience managing both front of house and back of house operations in a fast-paced retail and dining environment. The position requires the flexibility to work blended schedules including opening, mid, closing shifts, and weekends. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by warmly greeting customers, maintaining high food and beverage standards, and ensuring overall cleanliness and safety within the establishment.
Leaders in this role are expected to be role models who can motivate and develop staff while effectively managing labor costs, inventory, and food quality. The candidate will also lead shifts by delegating responsibilities, following up with team members, and supporting morale and training efforts. Proficiency in all restaurant areas is critical to assist the team as needed. Additionally, the position involves overseeing proper sanitation and safety procedures, managing inventory control to reduce product loss, and contributing to the overall operational success of the location.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival

- Support programs to enhance staff morale and training
- Assist with food, beverage, labor-management costs, receiving, storage, and inventory management
- Lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up with all team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
