This is a full-time position demanding physical stamina including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Educationally, a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college coursework preferred. Previous experience working in a hotel restaurant or familiarity with hospitality inventory management software is considered an advantage.

Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including daily service, staff scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
- Supervise restaurant staff by providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
- Manage restaurant inventory, track stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolve guest complaints, and seek feedback to improve service
- Use POS systems proficiently to process orders, manage payments, and generate reports
- Create and manage staff schedules ensuring adequate coverage
