Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 1+ year previous experience in food service team lead capacity or leadership role
- 1+ year experience utilizing Point-of-Sale (POS) technology
- Basic mathematical skills as applied to cash handling
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year previous experience in food service team lead or leadership role
- Experienced in using Point-of-Sale (POS) technology for at least 1 year
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screening
- Preferred experience with Micros POS
- Serve-Safe and/or TIPS certification
- Demonstrated teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Ensure operational execution by communicating expectations to Lead Servers and restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations
- Provide administrative support for front of house operations including scheduling, payroll, reservations, inventory, receiving, and personnel matters
- Interact with guests and team members, provide feedback to staff during shifts to ensure quality service, and work with management to resolve guest concerns
- Assist with restaurant operations such as Point of Sale transactions, expediting, re-stocking, quality control, and staff breaks and performance
- Ensure restaurants are sanitized, cleaned, stocked, and properly set up for opening and maintain standards throughout shifts
- Communicate with fellow Supervisors across shifts to ensure successful restaurant operations
- Identify out of order equipment and report to Manager for repair
- Support management in staff performance matters including reviews, corrective actions, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Assist with coordination and execution of birthday parties
- Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies to protect establishment and patrons
