Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year previous experience in food service team lead capacity or leadership role
  • 1+ year experience utilizing Point-of-Sale (POS) technology
  • Basic mathematical skills as applied to cash handling
  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year previous experience in food service team lead or leadership role
  • Experienced in using Point-of-Sale (POS) technology for at least 1 year
  • Basic mathematical skills for cash handling including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screening
  • Preferred experience with Micros POS
  • Serve-Safe and/or TIPS certification
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills
  • Professional image that inspires trust and confidence
  • Positive and enthusiastic energy

Job Duties

  • Ensure operational execution by communicating expectations to Lead Servers and restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Provide administrative support for front of house operations including scheduling, payroll, reservations, inventory, receiving, and personnel matters
  • Interact with guests and team members, provide feedback to staff during shifts to ensure quality service, and work with management to resolve guest concerns
  • Assist with restaurant operations such as Point of Sale transactions, expediting, re-stocking, quality control, and staff breaks and performance
  • Ensure restaurants are sanitized, cleaned, stocked, and properly set up for opening and maintain standards throughout shifts
  • Communicate with fellow Supervisors across shifts to ensure successful restaurant operations
  • Identify out of order equipment and report to Manager for repair
  • Support management in staff performance matters including reviews, corrective actions, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Assist with coordination and execution of birthday parties
  • Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies to protect establishment and patrons
