We are currently seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Restaurant Operations team. This position offers both part-time and full-time permanent employment opportunities. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Store Management Team to achieve store business goals. This will be accomplished through the effective implementation of specific operational support activities. Key responsibilities include managing the execution of the Product/Service Quality and Cleanliness & Sanitation programs, crew management activities, cost management initiatives, and overseeing the operations of assigned packaged programs.

The Restaurant Supervisor position demands a professional who is results-oriented, self-driven, adaptable, and a fast learner. Candidates must have a high energy level and be able to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, ensuring the store’s operational goals are consistently met. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA and will be required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination prior to commencing employment, with reasonable accommodations considered on a case-by-case basis.

Job Requirements

  • at least 1-year experience as a team leader in food or retail industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
