Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or restaurant supervision
- basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards
- ability to manage inventory and supplies
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- leadership skills to supervise and motivate staff

Job Duties
- supervises the presentation of the food that is made
- makes orders of disposable material such as cups and plates
- helps with the activities of the department such as serving, cooking, and handling the register
- responsible to know the ingredients that are used for a meal on the menu
- verifies that co-workers prepare each plate from the menu when asked
- responsible to know the price of each product on the menu
- ensures the menu with new prices is posted visibly to the public
- supervises the hygiene of department personnel
- suggests new plates for sale
