We are currently seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in a part-time or full-time permanent position within our Restaurant Operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Store Management Team in achieving Store Business Goals. This will be accomplished through the effective implementation of specific operational support activities.

The Restaurant Supervisor position involves overseeing various assigned programs including Product/Service Quality, Cleanliness and Sanitation, Crew Management, and Cost Management. Additionally, the Supervisor will manage the operations of assigned Packaged Programs, ensuring that all operational targets and standards are met consistently. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain high standards of service quality while efficiently managing team dynamics and operational costs.

This position is ideal for motivated individuals with leadership experience in the food or retail industry who are looking to grow their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role demands a high energy level and flexibility in working varied schedules including weekends and holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a results-oriented and adaptable mindset. Computer literacy in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is also required.

  • At least 1-year experience as a team leader in food or retail industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
