We are currently seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for a permanent position, available on a part-time or full-time basis, to join our Restaurant Operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Store Management Team to achieve store business goals. This will involve effectively implementing operational activities across various areas, including product/service quality, cleanliness and sanitation, crew management, cost management, and managing packaged program operations. The role demands a proactive individual with strong leadership skills who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be entrusted with implementing assigned quality, cleanliness, sanitation, crew management, and cost management programs to ensure operational excellence. You will help maintain high standards of product and service quality while overseeing team activities to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will play an essential part in managing the day-to-day operations related to packaged programs within your store, delivering seamless service and operational efficiency.
The position requires a candidate with at least a high school education and a minimum of one year of experience as a team leader within the food or retail industries, or equivalent experience that imparts comparable skills and knowledge. This role demands an energetic, results-oriented, self-driven individual who adapts quickly and can work flexible hours, including holidays and varying shifts throughout the week. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Job Requirements
- Completed at least high school education
- At least 1-year experience as a team leader in a food or retail industry or any equivalent combination of education and experience
