We are currently seeking a passionate and guest-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in training and developing the restaurant staff while overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. Your leadership will ensure excellent service delivery, smooth functioning of operations, and a positive dining experience for our diverse guests. Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
ability to communicate clearly and effectively
strong organizational and multitasking skills
knowledge of POS systems
familiarity with food safety regulations
ability to handle cash responsibly
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
proven experience as a host, server, or cashier
supervisory experience preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong leadership and team management abilities
knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management and cost control
excellent problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
prior cash handling and experience with MICROS POS system
TIPS, CPR and Serve Safe certification preferred
understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
proficient in MS Office and POS systems
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
