Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant server experience
  • open availability including weekends
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong teamwork and leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Open availability for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including Saturday and Sunday required
  • previous restaurant server experience required
  • previous supervisor experience a plus
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Work with restaurant management to oversee and direct staff for the smooth operation of the restaurant, lounge, room service, honors lounge and employee cafeteria
  • follow opening and closing procedures
  • assist co-workers as needed working as a team
  • maintain a neat and clean work area
  • ensure excellent customer service delivery
  • manage staff scheduling and shifts
  • resolve guest complaints promptly
