Job Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role
- Knowledge of catering operations and experience with event planning is a plus
- Strong bartending skills are preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with inventory control and cash handling procedures
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise and train restaurant staff including servers bartenders and kitchen staff
- Ensure smooth operation of all restaurant activities including opening and closing procedures
- Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Oversee food preparation presentation and quality control
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals expectations and updates
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
