This job opportunity is for a full-time Restaurant Assistant Manager position at the Circle K store located at 1599 S Braddock Ave, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15218. The role primarily involves assisting the Restaurant Manager with the daily operations of the restaurant and supervising the team in the manager's absence. The Assistant Manager plays a critical leadership role by coaching and motivating team members to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring operational standards are met, and maintaining food safety and quality. This position requires availability during all hours of operation, including at least one hour before opening and one hour after closing, and involves working days and evenings. Additionally, the candidate must have a valid state driver’s license and the ability to manage administrative tasks such as inventory control, cash handling, and paperwork completion. Job Duties

Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
coaches and corrects team
conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion
directs team to ensure food items are prepared and served according to brand, company, and health regulations
coaches team members on food preparation and production guidelines
cascades relevant information and assists with new product training
places campaign materials upon request
ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
monitors and ensures accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records
completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts
communicates discrepancies to immediate supervisor
completes administrative duties such as inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders in absence of manager
guarantees a safe environment by following laws and safety codes
completes incident reports promptly
