The role of Restaurant Assistant Manager at Circle K's Brentwood, Tennessee location is integral to maintaining the highest standards of restaurant operations. This full-time position includes responsibilities such as assisting the Restaurant Manager with daily activities, supervising staff in the manager's absence, and leading the team to deliver excellent guest service. The Assistant Manager ensures compliance with all brand and company policies, health regulations, and operational procedures to guarantee guest satisfaction. The individual in this role will conduct interviews, coach and correct team members, assign duties, monitor food quality and safety, manage cash and inventory controls, and complete necessary administrative tasks. Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members
- conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing general housekeeping duties and assigning shift tasks
- ensure all food items are prepared and served according to Brand, Company, and health department regulations
- coach team members on food preparation and production management
- communicate relevant information and assist with new product training
- place campaign materials upon request
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitor cash, sales, and inventory control records and complete end of shift and end of day paperwork
- complete daily, weekly, and end of period paperwork and administrative duties in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- guarantee a safe environment by following government laws and safety codes
- complete incident reports following company policy
- partner with the Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
