Job Requirements
- High school diploma or foreign equivalency
- minimum of one year previous restaurant experience
- minimum of one year previous experience in selling and serving beverage products
- intermediate to advanced English verbal and writing skills
- courses and training in safety, environmental, public health and sanitation regulations
- ability to stand and walk long distances
- ability to lift more than 25 pounds
- able to participate in emergency life saving procedures and drills
- able to work in multi-cultural environment
- able to work 7 days a week
- ability to adjust to changing schedules and assignments
- must pass basic safety course
- professional appearance and good hygiene
- positive attitude and teamwork orientation
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year previous restaurant experience in land-based or shipboard operation
- minimum of one year previous experience selling and serving wine and other beverage products
- intermediate to advanced level English verbal and writing skills including proper use of English grammar
- high school diploma or foreign equivalency
- courses and/or training in safety, environmental, public health and sanitation regulations and procedures
- passionate about hospitality and customer service driven
- professional appearance and good hygiene
- respect for all co-workers and guests

- ability to work 7 days a week

Job Duties
- Turning over tables and promoting beverage service in the Buffet
- responsible for safeguarding all equipment and materials required for operation by adhering to proper handling procedures
- turning of tables and capitalizing on beverage service in the Buffet
- performing other related duties as assigned or as directed
- must be familiar with the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and the SEMS and carry out the policies and procedures appropriate for his/her position
- escorting guests and/or resetting tables as assigned
- assisting Waiters and Assistant Waiters with stocking, cleaning and maintaining waiter stations throughout service
- ensuring that the restaurants are properly cleaned at the end of each meal period according to cleaning schedules
- setting up mess rooms with all food, beverage product, condiments, sign stands, utensils, china, glassware and silverware prior to each service
- maintaining food line and cleanliness of tables throughout service
- cleaning and sanitizing food line, beverage dispensing machines, and restocking all of the china, glassware and silverware at the end of each service
- setting up assigned station with required amounts of equipment and mise-en-place prior to the start of service
- cleaning tables in assigned station throughout service
- complying with sequence of service for beverage to ensure timeliness of service
- performing side work such as silverware roll-ups, emptying trash, and stocking/cleaning beverage station
- performing other jobs as assigned including manning non-cooking buffet action stations such as carving station and dessert station
