  • 2 plus years of full service kitchen management experience
  • previous experience in a from scratch culinary driven kitchen
  • polished or upscale casual dining experience preferred
  • ability to train, develop and motivate team members
  • experience managing food costs and menu ordering
  • excellent leadership skills
  • strong communication abilities

  • 2 plus years of full service kitchen management experience
