- One or more years of supervisor and leadership experience in a quick service or fast paced environment preferred
- Passion for people and guest service oriented
- Available to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment

Job Duties
- Assist the store General Manager in daily operations success
- Delegate tasks to maintain the MOD experience for customers
- Lead by example and share knowledge to encourage team success
- Create meaningful relationships with the team, guests, and community
- Set goals, coach with purpose, and celebrate team wins
- Ensure the highest standards in quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Act as a passionate role model demonstrating MOD culture in all interactions
