Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Possess all documents required by state and federal law
- Minimum of one year shift manager or equivalent experience preferred
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage own team in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Results oriented and customer focused
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Training, developing and mentoring staff
- Creating a warm, welcoming work and dining environment
- Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures

- Ensuring protection of Wendy's brand and assets
- Demonstrating drive for results
