Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Possess all documents required by state and federal law
  • Minimum of one year shift manager or equivalent experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage own team in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Results oriented and customer focused

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of one year shift manager or equivalent experience required, preferred in high volume QSR and/or fast casual concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Results oriented and customer focused
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Training, developing and mentoring staff
  • Creating a warm, welcoming work and dining environment
  • Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
  • Maximizing store sales and profit goals
  • Maintaining QSC standards
  • Ensuring protection of Wendy's brand and assets
  • Demonstrating drive for results
  • Going above and beyond to serve our guests
