The role of Shift Manager at Shake Shack is a pivotal leadership position aimed at maintaining operational excellence and leading a motivated team on a daily basis. This full-time role commands a starting hourly wage of $24.00 to $28.00, with an additional $2 per hour for night shifts after midnight.
