The role of Shift Manager at Noodles & Company is pivotal to the smooth operation and overall guest experience of the restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will lead and coach the team on shift, working directly alongside them to ensure that every guest receives excellent food and service. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 55 pounds
  • willingness to perform routine restaurant tasks
  • must obtain and maintain food safety licenses or certifications as required by law
  • previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • availability to work flexible schedules including peak hours
