  • food safety certification according to local jurisdiction
  • strong problem solving skills

Job Duties

  • manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
  • help build and lead high performing team of hourly team members
  • assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory management
  • participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • provide hands-on mentorship and training to team members
  • monitor and maintain restaurant standards during shifts
