The position of Shift Supervisor at Nation's Giant Hamburgers is an exciting leadership role that will be based at the upcoming Pier 39 location. This role involves overseeing restaurant operations during shifts and requires an individual capable of multitasking across various responsibilities including cashiering, cooking, food preparation, and light janitorial duties to ensure a spotless and inviting dining atmosphere. The Shift Supervisor will lead by example by reinforcing positive attitudes and maintaining high-quality standards in every aspect of the restaurant's operations. As a key trainer and mentor to new team members, this role is centered on fostering growth, promoting teamwork, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Shift Supervisor will be the point person for managing customer concerns, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating employee breaks, and assisting with administrative duties such as restaurant orders and paperwork. This role may occasionally require covering the manager’s day off, providing an opportunity for the incumbent to demonstrate comprehensive management skills.

Employment for this role can be full-time or part-time, with competitive pay rates ranging from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.
