Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience
- Food safety certification according to local laws
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Willingness to participate in team development and training activities

- Food safety certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Prior experience with inventory and operational support functions

Job Duties
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- Help build and lead high performing team of hourly team members
- Assist with operational support functions including purchasing, receiving, and inventory management
- Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Resolve customer issues and provide excellent guest service
- Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace environment
