Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in restaurant leadership
- Valid food safety certification as per local regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to uphold the company values and mission
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
- Food safety certification according to local jurisdiction
- Strong problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- Help build and lead high performing team of hourly team members
- Assist with operational support functions including purchasing, receiving, inventory management
- Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
- Maintain adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Support training and development of team members
- Oversee compliance with company policies and procedures
