Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in restaurant leadership
  • Valid food safety certification as per local regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to uphold the company values and mission

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
  • Food safety certification according to local jurisdiction
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
  • Help build and lead high performing team of hourly team members
  • Assist with operational support functions including purchasing, receiving, inventory management
  • Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
  • Maintain adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Support training and development of team members
  • Oversee compliance with company policies and procedures
