- Strong problem solving skills

Job Duties
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
- May assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, inventory
- Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standards throughout shifts
- Support training and mentoring of new team members
- Oversee daily operations to meet performance and customer satisfaction goals
