  • food safety certification according to local jurisdiction

Job Duties

  • Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
  • help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
  • assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, inventory
  • participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
  • maintain communication with management to ensure smooth operation
  • ensure adherence to food safety and operational guidelines
  • foster a positive and inclusive work environment
