Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Possess all documents required by state and federal law
Minimum of one year shift manager or equivalent experience required, preferably in high volume QSR or fast casual concepts
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Results oriented and customer focused
