Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Possess all documents required by state and federal law
- Minimum of one year shift manager or equivalent experience required, preferably in high volume QSR or fast casual concepts
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Results oriented and customer focused
