Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to obtain and maintain food safety licenses or certifications
  • Must meet physical demands including standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including peak hours
  • Ability to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Commitment to upholding company standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Positive energy and consistent work ethic
  • Ability to motivate and support team members

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach team members during shifts
  • Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld
  • Delegate duties effectively to maintain smooth operation
  • Complete opening, mid, and closing shift routines
  • Motivate and recognize team members’ achievements
  • Communicate clearly with team and resolve issues promptly
