Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to obtain and maintain food safety licenses or certifications
- Must meet physical demands including standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including peak hours
- Ability to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Commitment to upholding company standards
- Strong problem-solving skills
