The pay range for the Shift Manager position is between $16.00 and $23.00 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to competitive compensation. Located in Alexandria, VA, this role is ideal for motivated individuals at least 18 years old who are eager to lead with energy, positivity, and consistency. Candidates should have prior leadership or management experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations, or demonstrate a strong willingness to support and lead across front-of-house and back-of-house functions. The role requires physical stamina, including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and the ability to obtain food safety licenses as mandated by local and federal regulations.
