Job Duties
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
- Assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory management
- Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards according to local jurisdiction
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
- Support achievement of performance goals and enhance overall customer experience
