Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent guest service skills
- Ability to communicate efficiently to keep team informed
- Customer service experience preferred in a restaurant
- Previous management or leadership experience required
- Ability to meet physical requirements including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds

Job Duties
- Lead the restaurant during shift and exemplify guest service for the team
- Delegate responsibilities to your team and ensure they exceed guest expectations
- Ensure noodles and vegetables are stocked and stored properly
- Become a subject matter expert on all restaurant areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization including setup and breakdown of dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas
- Own opening, mid, or closing routines for shifts
- Ensure all food meets company and HACCP standards and is delicious
