Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
- Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Eligibility to work in the location of employment

Job Duties
- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
- Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members
- May assist with operational support functions such as purchasing, receiving, inventory
- Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and local regulations
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Support ongoing training and development of team members
