The role is based at your home restaurant but may include occasional support to nearby locations and participation in various training and development meetings.

Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience
- Have open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours, and dependable attendance
- Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 55 pounds
- Experience coaching or leading teams
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Possess or obtain ServSafe Food Certification
