The Shift Leader role at Whataburger is a dynamic and critical position within the restaurant team, responsible for ensuring that every shift operates smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will work in close partnership with the Restaurant Manager to build your leadership capabilities and deepen your operational knowledge. This hands-on experience prepares you for long-term career growth within Whataburger, where there is a clear pathway towards higher leadership roles, including the potential to become an Operating Partner with six-figure earning opportunities. The position offers flexible schedules with shifts available across days, nights, evenings, and overnights to accommodate different lifestyles.

The Shift Leader will primarily work at their home restaurant but may also support nearby locations and participate in broader leadership and training meetings to stay connected with Whataburger’s organizational goals and culture.
