Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • possess a high school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience
  • be able to meet business needs with open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours, and dependable attendance
  • have ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 55 pounds while meeting physical demands
  • have experience coaching or leading teams
  • possess ServSafe Food Certification or ability to successfully obtain and pass the exam during training

Job Duties

  • Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • coach, train, and motivate Family Members, helping new hires settle quickly and experienced staff enhance performance
  • support goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and inventory processes
  • uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
  • foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and a positive work culture
  • prepare, lead, and transition shift operations to ensure efficient restaurant performance
