Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience
- have open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours
- maintain dependable attendance
- ability to stand up to 10 hours per shift
- ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- experience in coaching or team leadership
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to multitask effectively
- ServSafe Food Certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- coach, train, and motivate Family Members, helping new hires and seasoned pros improve skills
- support goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and inventory processes
- uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements
- foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and a positive work culture
- prepare, lead, and transition shift operations effectively to ensure smooth restaurant performance
