Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience
- Able to meet business needs with open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours
- Maintain dependable attendance
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 55 lbs
- Experience coaching or leading teams
- Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
- Possess or obtain ServSafe Food Certification
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Duties
- Lead shift management to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Coach, train, and motivate Family Members to improve skills and confidence
- Support restaurant goals related to food cost, labor cost, sales performance, and inventory processes
- Uphold food safety, workplace safety, sanitation, and compliance requirements
- Foster teamwork, communication, accountability, and a positive work culture
- Prepare, lead, and transition shift operations effectively
- Assist neighboring locations or market as needed to support leadership efforts
