The role of Shift Leader at Whataburger is crucial to maintaining the standards and momentum of the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • possess a high school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience
  • be able to meet business needs and have open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours
  • maintain dependable attendance
  • have ability to stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs, and meet physical demands
  • have experience coaching or leading teams
  • possess ServSafe Food Certification or ability to pass exam during training
