The role of Shift Leader at Marco's Pizza is an exciting and rewarding position that combines leadership, operational management, and customer service excellence. As a Shift Leader, you will be charged with leading a team, ensuring product quality, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position is vital for managing day-to-day store operations efficiently, including organizing team members, controlling food costs and labor, and overseeing cash handling procedures. The Shift Leader will also support local marketing efforts and promotions to help increase sales and grow the business.
