The position available is a full-time Restaurant Shift Lead role, designed for individuals who possess strong communication and leadership skills. Key responsibilities of the Restaurant Shift Lead include helping to maintain projected costs and labor during shifts, offering hands-on supervision that may require assisting with serving, hosting, cooking, and other restaurant duties as needed. Additionally, the shift lead is responsible for hosting promotions and Alley Rallies, ensuring staff adherence to established recipes and procedures, and enforcing liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Monitoring guest flow, managing ticket times, and providing coaching to employees to sustain consistent food and service quality are also critical components of this role.
