As a part of the restaurant leadership team, the Shift Supervisor position at MOD Pizza is a vital role in ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly and upholds the brand’s core values. This role involves leading and inspiring the Squad Crew to deliver outstanding pizzas and salads with personalized service and enthusiasm. Shift Supervisors serve as role models, setting a high standard in customer service, teamwork, and operational excellence. They are responsible for creating a positive atmosphere or "MOD vibe" that resonates both with customers and staff alike. By coaching and training team members, the Shift Supervisor helps maintain efficient restaurant operations and fosters an environment where everyone knows their contribution is important.
The job combines leadership, customer service, and operational duties, making it essential for the Shift Supervisor to balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement during shifts. - Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership
- Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating front line employees
- Ability to think strategically and act tactically
- Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Be an example of MOD values and behaviors and exemplify a service mindset through effective leadership
- Help create a MOD vibe that our customers expect
- Coach Shift Supervisors to keep the energy high and create a positive vibe on the shift
- Demonstrate, train and coach Squad in all methods for accomplishing store tasks
- Demonstrate knowledge of all Operational Standards and resources
- Partner with General Manager to engage the board community of our restaurant
