Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • strong communication skills
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to obtain required certifications and permits
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Qualifications

  • minimum two years of management experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • knowledge of local and state health codes preferred
  • experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules preferred
  • ability to obtain required certifications and permits

Job Duties

  • ensure seamless day-to-day operations during shifts
  • act as brand ambassador upholding company standards
  • foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • motivate and develop team members
  • manage profit and loss responsibilities
  • ensure compliance with health codes and certifications
  • utilize software tools for operational management
