Job Description
We are a respected culinary-driven hospitality group recognized for our unwavering commitment to integrity, guest satisfaction, and taking exceptional care of our people. Our company prides itself on fostering a people-first culture that deeply values both guests and team members. With a strong reputation within the industry, we have built a vibrant community where authentic hospitality and memorable dining experiences go hand-in-hand. We believe that the foundation of great hospitality starts with a dedicated and inspired front-of-house team, and we continuously strive to empower our employees through thoughtful leadership and ongoing development.\n\nWe are currently seeking a seasoned, high-energy Service Manager to join our team and lead the front-of-house operation. This position is more than a standard management role; it is a culture-setting leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about people—both guests and team members—and who truly leads from the floor. The ideal candidate will embody the qualities of a guest-first hospitality leader, capable of inspiring and mentoring their team to deliver exceptional service consistently. This role requires emotional intelligence, a hands-on approach, and the ability to create a positive, respectful workplace culture.\n\nAs Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing front-of-house team in a busy, high-volume setting. Your presence on the floor will set the tone for genuine hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. You will partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless service and maintain excellent communication across departments. With your strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge, you will support quality and consistency in every guest interaction. Operationally, you will manage staffing, service flow, and daily functions with a meticulous eye on cost controls, labor management, and P&L responsibilities. Our ideal candidate is someone who not only meets these operational demands but also embodies our culture of care, accountability, and genuine team support.\n\nWhy join us? We offer a highly competitive salary with bonus potential, immediate medical, dental, and vision benefits, and a 401(k) plan with company participation. Our organization supports real growth opportunities for dedicated professionals who want to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative team environment. If you are driven by developing people, leading from the front, and creating unforgettable guest experiences, we would love to connect with you.
