We are currently seeking professional, attentive, and personable Servers and Bartenders to join our esteemed team. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high service standards by greeting and seating guests promptly, taking and delivering orders accurately, and ensuring guests’ satisfaction throughout their visit. Additionally, Bartenders will be expected to prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, and spirits following established recipes and standards, blending mixology expertise with exceptional customer service.

- Food handler certification required
- Tabc certification required
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining service or bartending preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus including wine and cocktail pairings
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically
- Certification in responsible alcohol service if applicable
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Take accurate food and beverage orders providing detailed descriptions and recommendations
- Serve food and drinks efficiently maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any needs or concerns
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails wines and spirits following established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas
- Adhere to all health safety and sanitation regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and a positive environment
