Job Requirements

  • At least one year of restaurant serving required
  • One year of bartending experience required
  • Flexible availability to work mid shifts, PM shifts, holidays and weekends
  • Comfortable in working with computers for cashiering duties
  • Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
  • Current TABC and Food Handlers certification
  • Ability to stand or walk on feet for at least eight hours
  • Able to carry at least 5 to 10 pounds

Job Duties

  • Welcome and seat guests in restaurant, take orders and serve in a friendly manner
  • Greet guests approaching the bar and be engaging, take food and beverage orders, mix alcoholic beverages, and serve in a hospitable manner
  • Quality check food and ensure order meets guest's expectations
  • Set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits
  • Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and bar and perform required opening and closing side work duties
  • Engage with guests and resolve concerns and complaints regarding orders and dining experience
