Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements providing a positive first impression
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS ensuring all special requests are noted
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems like OpenTable or other POS platforms including cash handling and basic math calculations
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables assist with bussing and resetting tables efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of service
  • Follow all food safety sanitation and food handling protocols to uphold health standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
  • Support guest relations by providing attentive service answering questions about menu items and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
  • Assist with host/hostess duties when needed managing waitlists and reservations seamlessly
