Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements providing a positive first impression
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS ensuring all special requests are noted
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems like OpenTable or other POS platforms including cash handling and basic math calculations
Maintain cleanliness of tables assist with bussing and resetting tables efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of service
Follow all food safety sanitation and food handling protocols to uphold health standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly
Support guest relations by providing attentive service answering questions about menu items and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
Assist with host/hostess duties when needed managing waitlists and reservations seamlessly
