Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team

- Previous experience in a restaurant serving role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of menu items, food preparation, and beverage service

Job Duties
- Report to work on time and in full uniform
- Carry out all reasonable requests by management
- Follow the rules in the Concord Hospitality Handbooks
- Check assigned station for cleanliness and proper setup prior to opening
- Have necessary equipment including pen, side towel, corkscrew
- Complete all assigned side work
- Attend menu classes and be knowledgeable of menu items and daily specials
- Answer guest questions about menu preparation
- Manage assigned floor station and participate in teamwork for guest service
- Take guest orders accurately using proper procedures
- Follow proper service procedures for food and beverages
- Ensure tables are properly bussed and cleaned throughout dining
- Bus and reset tables after guests leave with attention to detail
