Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Good communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant serving role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of menu items, food preparation, and beverage service
  • Dependability and punctuality
  • Customer service-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Report to work on time and in full uniform
  • Carry out all reasonable requests by management
  • Follow the rules in the Concord Hospitality Handbooks
  • Check assigned station for cleanliness and proper setup prior to opening
  • Have necessary equipment including pen, side towel, corkscrew
  • Complete all assigned side work
  • Attend menu classes and be knowledgeable of menu items and daily specials
  • Answer guest questions about menu preparation
  • Manage assigned floor station and participate in teamwork for guest service
  • Take guest orders accurately using proper procedures
  • Follow proper service procedures for food and beverages
  • Ensure tables are properly bussed and cleaned throughout dining
  • Bus and reset tables after guests leave with attention to detail
