Job Requirements

- previous experience in food service
- strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years of food service experience
- knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
- excellent communication skills

- descriptive selling skills
Job Duties
- prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service
- greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant
- guide guests on their culinary journey through descriptive selling of the menu
- be accurate in order taking and confirm all special requests
- master the menu to enhance conversations
- work collaboratively with other servers and kitchen/bar staff
- assist guests with concerns to reach satisfactory resolutions
- finalize the experience with timely and accurate bill presentations
